Refunds and Returns
REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Sunna. We recognise that making purchasing decisions can be complex. We encourage you to thoroughly assess your choices before completing a
purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, without odour or perfume, not
damaged or marked and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in
the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
1.3. Please contact us at sunnaarabian@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and the return shipping address.
1.4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1.5. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of
payment. Please note that refunds may take some time to process and appear in your
account, depending on your payment provider.
2. Exchanges
2.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at
sunnaarabian@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.
2.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at
sunnaarabian@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3.2. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund for
damaged or defective items.
3.3 Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
